AGKG Enterprise LLC ("AGKG", "we", "us", or "our") operates Smart Logbook Pro (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using Smart Logbook Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect the following categories of information when you register for or use Smart Logbook Pro:

• Identity Information: Full name, date of birth
• Contact Information: Email address, phone number
• Aviation Records: Flight log entries (dates, aircraft, routes, times, landings), aircraft information, pilot certificates and ratings, medical certificates, endorsements, instructor signatures, currency tracking data
• Media: Photos you upload, including certificate scans, profile photos, and flight-related images
• Account Credentials: Encrypted password — we never store your plain-text password
• Device & Usage Information: IP address, device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/error logs collected solely for diagnostic and reliability purposes

We do not collect precise GPS location data beyond what you voluntarily enter as part of a flight log entry.

Smart Logbook Pro uses cookies and browser local storage for the following purposes:

• Authentication session: A secure token stored locally on your device to keep you signed in between sessions. This token expires automatically and is invalidated when you sign out.
• User preferences: Local storage entries used to remember interface preferences (such as your cookie consent choice). These are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
• Analytics and advertising: We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel) to understand how visitors use the Service and to promote Smart Logbook Pro to relevant audiences. These technologies may set cookies or collect data about your browsing activity on our site and, in some cases, across other websites and apps operated by those third parties.

You may opt out of analytics and advertising tracking through your browser settings, device-level privacy controls, or by adjusting your preferences on the relevant third-party platforms (such as Google's ad settings or Meta's ad preferences).

You may clear all cookies and local storage at any time through your browser or device settings. Doing so will sign you out of the Service.

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve Smart Logbook Pro:

• Creating and maintaining your pilot logbook account
• Syncing your flight data securely across your devices
• Providing currency tracking, certificate management, and report generation features
• Sending transactional account-related communications (email confirmation, password reset, important service notices)
• Diagnosing technical issues, fixing bugs, and improving app reliability and performance
• Complying with applicable legal obligations

Your flight data is yours. It exists in our systems solely to provide the Service to you.

Note: We may use analytics and advertising technologies (see Section 3) that collect information about how you interact with our website and app. This is limited to site usage data and does not include your aviation records or logbook entries.

All payment processing for Pro subscriptions is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. AGKG Enterprise LLC does not collect, store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account information, or any other payment instrument details.

When you initiate a subscription, you are redirected to Stripe's secure payment interface. Any financial information you provide — including card numbers, billing address, and payment credentials — is collected and processed directly by Stripe under their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

AGKG Enterprise LLC receives only non-sensitive subscription status data from Stripe (such as whether your subscription is active, its billing cycle, and a tokenized customer identifier) solely for the purpose of managing your access to the Service.

AGKG Enterprise LLC bears no liability for any unauthorized access to, disclosure of, or breach of payment data held by Stripe. Any concerns regarding your payment information should be directed to Stripe directly. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

Your data is stored with a trusted cloud infrastructure provider located in the United States. We use separate, purpose-specific storage systems for structured account data and uploaded media files.

Our infrastructure provider is engaged solely as a data processor to operate the Service. They do not have access to your data for any purpose other than providing storage and compute services.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted transmission: All data is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers
• Password security: Passwords are stored using a one-way cryptographic hash; plain-text passwords are never stored or accessible
• Authentication: Secure token-based authentication with automatic expiration and session management
• Infrastructure security: Network-level access controls, private database access, and role-based permissions
• Media security: Uploaded files are accessible only via time-limited, authenticated requests

Despite our security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and in use. If you delete your account, your personal information and aviation records will be permanently deleted from our production systems within 30 days of the deletion request, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Backup copies of data may persist for up to an additional 30 days in automated backup systems before being fully purged.

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: You may update or correct your personal information directly in the app settings
• Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data through the app settings; we will process the deletion within 30 days
• Data Portability: You may export your logbook data at any time using the app's export features (PDF and report formats)

Smart Logbook Pro is not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16. Registration requires users to be at least 16 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor under 16 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy at this URL with a new effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
